Welcome to this comprehensive online Forklift Train-the-Trainer program.

In this program, you’ll be learning the fundamental skills you need to deliver various types of instructor-led Forklift training sessions for adult learners. You’ll also learn how to conduct practical evaluations of your operators at your workplace.

How to Use This Program

Content

We’ve designed this online program to be simple to use, flexible, and extremely convenient. It’s made up of various forms of media including:

• Video
• Audio
• Quizzes and Assessments

Structure

The program is broken down into smaller “bite-sized” components to improve your learning experience. This also makes is much easier to resume from where you left off when you take a break.

There are various lessons that include several topics. Each lesson concludes with a quiz and at the end of the course, you’ll be required to complete a final exam.

While we encourage you to complete the program in the order of the lessons/topics, you are able to move around freely and view content out of sequence.

Course Navigation

You can access course content including lesson pages, topics, and quizzes from both the courses main page as well as the right sidebar on all course content pages. There are also buttons located throughout the course that will let you navigate to next and previous lessons.

Once you complete a topic, the status indicator will change from an empty circle to a green circle with a check mark. Once you complete all the lessons in a topic, the lesson status indicator will change to complete. The status indicators it easy for you to know what content you’ve already completed.

You can revisit completed content at any time by selecting it via the course navigation options.
